The story

Anmol Daniel is a singer, composer and producer based in Mumbai, working mainly in Hindi and Punjabi pop. He built his name first as a writer and producer in the independent scene, contributing to other artists' records before stepping to the front of his own songs.

His solo run began in earnest with Main Tera Ho Gaya in 2021, followed by Naina Mere and Tera Aqs — the latter the first track he both composed and sang. The 2023 pair Gallan Mithiyan and Toot Jaaun, released through Warner Music India, widened the audience considerably.

The songs tend toward the same territory: longing, devotion, the small distances between two people. Traditional melodic phrasing sits over contemporary pop production, and the vocal is usually left close and unhurried in the mix. He has since released steadily — Ishq Ibaadat, Har Dafaa, Haseen, Tareefan, Helpless — and continues to write for other artists alongside his own catalogue.
